The Earth Quaker Action Team sailed a flotilla of boats to the PECO building, where they were met by action members on land. EQAT was calling on PECO to forgive utility bills of the most vulnerable neighbors. This also continued EQAT’s ongoing campaign calling on PECO to take responsibility for its role in climate change.
